I started this blog series because I wanted to create the kind of space I wish I had seen earlier in my journey: one that clearly shows women like myself thriving in engineering and environmental fields. Too often, these careers feel invisible or intimidating, especially for girls and young people from underrepresented backgrounds. By sharing real stories, practical insights, and relatable experiences, I hope to make these paths feel more accessible, human, and inspiring, so that more people can see themselves as part of the solution for a healthier planet.
Mission
To inspire the next generation of changemakers by sharing the stories of women engineers who are protecting the environment, broadening perspectives, and proving that diverse voices can shape a more sustainable future.
Vision
A world where girls and young people of all backgrounds naturally see themselves as engineers solving environmental challenges, and where inclusive, diverse teams are the default force shaping a healthier, more sustainable planet.
